Jacqueline Franchetti, Kyra’s Mom, created Kyra’s Champions, a 501(c)4 charity, with the mission to stop children from being court-ordered into a home where a parent is physically, sexually or emotionally abusing them.

As you read this, over a half million children are terrified of the house they live in due to the failures of our divorce/family court system. 

How can we stop it? With your help! We are working hard to pass a series of bills, including Kyra’s Law, that will prevent abusers from getting custody of babies and children.

Through Jacqueline’s fierce advocacy, in Kyra’s memory, we have seven bills being considered in New York State. And, we have already passed bills in New York, Virginia and on the federal level to protect children.
